With the Stay at Home order from the Governor, many families have found unique ways to entertain themselves and others. On social media sites, I have seen families putting large puzzles together, making Tic Tok videos, posting funny pictures and many more creative ideas. My family is no different. My son, Josh and his son, Zane, along with mom, Kristine have made me laugh along with hundreds of other people by their T.O.O.L. (Time Of Our Lives) videos during this pandemic.
As of this writing they have done 18 episodes of TOOL. Each episode is about 4 minutes in length and covers different subject matters. Just to name a few, “Living with Kristine,” “Josh’s top 5 TV Programs,” “Cooking with Kristine.” “Parent Teacher Conferences.” Each one is very well done and creative. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into writing and producing each episode. I had know idea they were going to do this, and when the first episode appeared on Facebook, I couldn’t believe it. Then the second episode of them rapping to a song really shocked me. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and listening to. I must have watched that second episode 20 times.

I think first you have to know my son Josh and Zane and Kristine’s personalities. If you know them well, that is what makes the videos more funny. Josh is a math teacher at Foley High School and is in his 20th year of being a teacher. Zane is in 5th grade at Foley. Kristine is an admissions manager at Rasmussen College. All three really have different personalities, Josh can be reserved, quiet and a thinker, Zane is smart and is a problem solver, Kristine is a very caring person and strong willed. When you watch the videos, the personalities and videos don’t match up. That’s what makes me laugh. I have had many people tell me they are shocked to see Josh rapping, or doing comedy! I told them that is what makes it funny.
My favorite episode is Living with Kristine. “The following video is rated PG-13 for Kristines potty mouth!” 🙂 Take a look
Second favorite is Parent Teacher Conferences. “Are your ties changing” 🙂 Remember Josh has been a math teacher for 20 years at Foley
Next is “Living with Josh” Kristine and Zane were spot on! “The following scenes are based on true events!” 🙂 🙂 🙂
I hope you enjoyed the Times of Our Lives with Josh, Zane and Kristine. I hope they can keep this going after the COVID-19 Virus ends. It is great entertainment.
