Most of you know me pretty well and know that I really enjoy taking pictures. I have decided to give you my top 25 pictures of 2020. It was a hard decision to pick just 25, but here they are. Enjoy!

Every Friday during the summer I broadcast from Jims Market in Canby. Chantz Engesomoe and I didn’t plan this. We had a good laugh. Chantz is a big Packers fan.

Halftime with Hazel!! Molly Hennen, my broadcast partner brought her niece Hazel over at halftime and she was a big hit on the radio!
The Aafedt sisters, Lydia and Madeline joined me on air at the state dance tournament. Like my pink tie?
My friend Senate Majority Leader Senator Paul Gazelka and I at the state capital. When Paul and his family lived in Madison we were in the same Bible Study together.
Some of my family made the trip out to Lac qui Parle State Park to see Minnesota’s largest cottonwood tree.
Went to watch these cousins play against each other in college. Haley Wollchlager for the University of Minnesota Morris and Kelsea Lund for Northwestern in St. Paul. I’ve watched these two play basketball since they were in 7th grade at Lac qui Parle Valley.
Paying my debt to Cindy Hansen after 40 some years. Cindy found this contract letter that we made back in 1976. The contract stated that I would pay Cindy $5 if she wasn’t married by 1978. She married in 1981.
Doug Ohman and Tim Bakken from Pioneer PBS were in Madison filming a “Landmarks” TV Program.
Lakeview’s Savannah Rausch battling cancer while playing basketball! Very tough and brave girl and what an amazing attitude she has! It was an honor to interview her after one of her basketball games.

This was not planned when my daughter in law Kristine showed up at our house. It’s true, she’s not a hugger and I am. So funny.

Dan Tuckett, Danny Jr Tuckett, Kristyn Wicht and Pastor Jacob Hoick and his wife Veronia were in the studio to talk about racism in western Minnesota. It was a very important, moving and emotional program. I applaud them for speaking to us on the radio.
Morgan Kockelman made her radio debut with me during the girls state basketball tournament at Williams Arena. It was the only Minneota game we did. MSHSL cancelled the state tournament the next day because of COVID. Listen to the game.
Dee took this picture but it’s my favorite picture of 2020! Johnson Memorial Health Services Golf Tournament in Dawson. So much fun. This picture won Best Golf Pose.

We got some baseball in during the summer. Minneota Mudhens Beau Buysse and Adam Durfee in Rosen for the playoffs.
